About these terms
Apna Shahar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") provides a transport-aggregator platform connecting riders with independent driver-partners under the Motor Vehicle Aggregator Guidelines 2020.
By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Fares and surge
All fares are shown upfront before you confirm a ride; there is no separate "estimate" we revise post-trip.
During high-demand windows a surge multiplier may apply, capped at 2.0× per the aggregator guidelines.
Payments and refunds
Cash and UPI are both supported. For cash, the driver marks payment received and you confirm — mismatched confirmations are escalated to support and reviewed within 48 hours.
